Just thought Id put on a few addiction/mental health related helplines in response to Jackie's message, re: being inundated with calls out of hours.
Please try to call Overcount Tuesday evenings 7-10pm ONLY, (as on main website, www.overcount.weebly.com) they are an unfunded charity organisation relying on donations, they do their very best and have done for almost 20 years now, but are only 2 people, plus me, online moderating forum, hope these help, take care,
